- Associate Broker at eXp Realty, January 2017 - Present. I am an Associate Broker for EXP Realty in Concord, NH, specializing in Residential Real Estate Sales. I have been in Real Estate sales since 2003, and team up wife Debbie Goudreau, who is Don's assistant and transaction coordinator. I cover all of Southern NH and average 30 closed transactions per year on average. I would love to network with you, so keep us in mind.

1990 -1997 ( 7 years), Independent Distributor at Amway Corporation April 2000 - July 2007 (7 years 4 months) running his own MLM marketing business and created new outlets of distribution to expand sales volume for consumable products and services.
The years Don did marketing in the MLM business he got proficient in people skills, business principles, sales, PMA principles and gained lots of experience in dealing with people and handling objections. Going through years of training taught Don incredible basic and intermediate skills towards solving life and business challenges.Don believes this marketing experience makes him uniquely qualified to sell real estate with fresh ideas, enthusiasm and out-of-the-box thinking benefitting the consumer with winning bids and higher selling prices.
